This position helps support faculty and staff across 2 nationally recognized academic medicine departments and serves as a critical member of a high-performing Human Resources team supporting more than 600 faculty, staff, and learners across the Departments of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine and Radiology and Imaging Sciences. Coordinate, process, verify, and maintain academic and/or staff HR related work, which may include but not limited to: recruitment, training, benefits, employee relations, tenure, performance evaluations, classifications, I-9s and employee leaves of absences.
