Bachelor's Degree required • 5+ years of experience in hospitality, guest services and/or creating welcoming environments within the church or corporate setting • Leads by example fulfilling the staff expectations of groups, inviting, serving, worship, and giving • Engaged, or willing to become, member of Southeast Christian Church • A commitment to live out our seven staff values: Honor, Care, Accountability, Grit, Authenticity, Humility, and Fun • Agree with the *Statement of Faith, submit to the leadership established by the church, and live out our church Mantras in tangible ways. • Recruit volunteers and provide leadership, training and coordination for the following teams: • Parking • Greeters • Welcome Center/Connection Center • Communion Preparation • Ushers • Communion Servers/Offering Collectors • Building Hosts • Section Hosts • First Step Room • Sanctuary materials replenishment/refreshing • Prepare sanctuary for weekend services (i.e., replace bibles, pens, offering envelopes, etc.).
