The Manager manages day-to-day delivery and administration of assigned programs, including recruitment, placement, participant onboarding, scheduling, communications, participant support, partnership coordination, recordkeeping, and program-level outcome tracking. Maintain placement and program-delivery relationships with educational institutions, workforce organizations, and Bronx community partners; coordinate participant opportunities and partner commitments and represent assigned programs on relevant committees and professional groups.
