8-10 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, or a business-related field Bachelor's degree in any related field that includes significant quantitative study or equivalent experience Strong critical thinking skills, and are proactive about questioning the norm and pushing for improvements Demonated mastery of ad tech, mar tech, and data tools and platforms across multiple channels Fully able to organize and prepare well-written documents independently, and guides the team in doing the same Able to synthesize complex analytical approaches and findings articulately and concisely Technical Skills.
