The Outside Mortgage Loan Originator maximizes Telhio's visibility within the business community to achieve organizational goals. TCB Financial Coordinators (FC) trained in Mobility Mentoring, help residents through a housing journey that boosts their credit scores, recaptures rent increases with HUD FSS escrow savings accounts, and connects with down payment assistance. Reporting to the District Manager, the FC will focus on financial assistance, resident outreach and recruitment into this initiative’s various financial mobility programs including but not limited to rent reporting for credit building (RRCB), financial counseling and coaching, and Family Self Sufficiency (FSS), and home buying. The FC will be able to articulate the various financial programs to residents, as well as provide resources and connections to financial partners and provide supports to residents to access and register for these various financial programs.
