Works collaboratively to develop and implement a well-defined recruitment, orientation, supervision, retention, termination, and training program to Infinite Legacy volunteers targeted to various volunteer types (donor families, recipients, wait list, hospital staff, etc.). The Volunteer Coordinator will work closely with the other members of the Community Outreach department and Donate Life DC, Maryland, and Virginia to maintain the Donor Registry and provide education and awareness of the need for organ, eye, and tissue donors locally and nationally.
