At the direction of the dealmaker, prepare and send leasing packages/presentations to prospects or existing tenants; At the direction of the dealmaker, prepare and process License/Advertising Agreements and Exhibit A's in the appropriate leasing software, distribute approved agreements for tenant review & signature, facilitate execution of tenant-signed agreements, and upload fully executed documents.
