The Supervisor is responsible for the execution of all phases of the consumer loan origination process (all channels), sales process, including establishing an effective sales plan, execution of that plan, assisting with the internal cross-selling program, maintaining member and vendor partner SLAs, training of staff, identifying opportunities for expanding and improving the consumer lending business of the credit union, guiding the team in making informed decisions, ensuring accuracy and adherence with Tower underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Identifies, develops and implements strategies, in conjunction with the Consumer Lending Leadership team for Consumer Lending Operations objectives, focusing on high growth opportunities, high accuracy, increased efficiency to improve the member experience, and potential for the Consumer Lending business channel.
