The Brush & Debris Equipment Operator is responsible for operating a brush truck or small wheel loader collecting brush or debris from the alleys or streets from within the city limits of Harlingen. Ordinarily they receive only sufficient supervision to ensure that they are qualified to operate the assigned equipment in the required manner and that they accomplish their assigned tasks at an acceptable level of proficiency.
