Oversee FactoryLogix MES configuration and use, including process routes, digital work instructions, material and serial traceability, data integrity, user access, change control, and engineering support for shop floor adoption. Serve as the overall customer interface for technical matters, including design reviews, manufacturability concerns, process changes, test strategy, technical risks, corrective actions, and production issues.
