Knowledge and Skills Preferred: Requires working knowledge of the manufacturing process and variables that impact success, i.e., concepts related to capacity, planning/scheduling the factory, quality control/assurance disciplines, measuring direct/indirect labor performance, planning, and controlling inventory, material procurement, etc. Operational Direction: Provide functional direction and leadership to all plant resources, including Production, Production Planning & Scheduling, EHS, Receiving/Warehouse/Shipping, Maintenance, and Process/Plant Engineering.
