Supervise daily warehouse activities and operations• Lead, manage, and develop warehouse employees through clear direction and regular feedback• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, preparation, shipping, and distribution of flooring materials and supplies• Maintain accurate inventory records, organization, and stock rotation• Ensure materials are properly prepared and available for timely and accurate shipment• Oversee driver routes, deliveries, and distribution activities• Monitor warehouse productivity, workflow, and space utilization• Establish and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices• Inspect warehouse equipment, tools, and machinery and coordinate necessary maintenance• Promote a safe, clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment• Collaborate with other departments to support customer service and overall operations• Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity• Provide direct written and verbal feedback and hold employees accountable. • High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred• 10+ years of warehouse leadership or management experience, including experience managing hourly employees• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and distribution• Proven leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills• Ability to work effectively with employees and management at all levels• Comfortable providing direct feedback and holding employees accountable• Ability to work in a physically active warehouse environment• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
