This role involves collaborating with architects, contractors, vendors, school administrators, and local government entities to deliver safe, functional, and sustainable educational environments for students and staff. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Coordination: • Manage the entire lifecycle of construction projects, including new school buildings, renovations, expansions, and facility improvements. • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. • Lead pre-construction meetings to ensure project goals and expectations are clearly defined. • Coordinate with school district personnel to ensure project goals align with district objectives. Budget and Financial Management: • Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring the project stays within budget. • Review and approve project invoices and payment applications. • Provide regular financial reporting to stakeholders, highlighting potential cost overruns or savings.
