This includes reaching the unchurched/dechurched, salvations, baptisms, church membership, spiritual maturity, ministry involvement, mission involvement, small groups, discipleship classes, and all other key areas of church health. Care for the congregation by providing counseling, prayer, hospital visits, serving communion, performing baptisms, weddings, and funerals, serving as Minister of the Day, and an all-around pastoral presence at weekend services and special events.
