Requirements: Experience in hotel operations, immigration and customs (shipboard or shoreside) Experience with property management systems Experience with data analysis, reporting and systems implementation Strong operational understanding of hotel environments and guest experience drivers Shipboard experience in administration (documentation/ clearance) operations Experience with HESS, MSPM and audit compliance programs Background in large-scale fleet or multi-site hotel operations Experience contributing to continuous improvement or change management initiatives Travel: Less than 25% with shipboard travel likely Work Conditions: Work beyond normal business hours or on weekends may be required occasionally to support business needs, projects, or operations. Collaborate with hotel operations leadership and shipboard teams to ensure cost-effective resource utilization Team Development & Personnel Model and reinforce Princess Culture Essentials and The Princess Purpose service principles across the shipboard Guest Services team.
