With 15 schools across six states, we combine contemporary art, social connection, and innovative teaching to help students of all ages unlock their creative capacity.

We're looking for practicing artists and passionate educators who want to introduce young creators (PreK-12) to contemporary art in ways that feel exciting, meaningful, and wildly engaging.If you love the energy of a studio, believe process matters as much as product, and want to help kids see themselves as artists from day one-this could be your space. We need someone to cover Saturday classes, there will also be additional hours available on weekdays teaching Summer Camp classes from mid June to the end of August.What You'll DoLead dynamic, hands-on weekly art classes for PreK-12 students - Classes run in the Weekday mornings, afternoons and evenings and on Saturdays and SundaysExplore contemporary approaches across painting, drawing, sculpture, collage, mixed media, and 3D workEncourage experimentation, creative risk-taking, and big imaginative thinkingCreate "WOW moments" that build confidence and artistic voiceConnect thoughtfully with families about student growth and creative breakthroughsThis isn't craft-time. Our tennis program is a vibrant part of club life, offering clinics, private lessons, social mixers, and junior development programs on beautifully maintained courts. We are currently seeking an energetic and knowledgeable Part-Time Tennis Professional to join our team and support our evening and weekend programming. Position Summary: The Part-Time Tennis Professional will deliver high-quality instruction and engaging programming for both juniors and adults, while fostering a welcoming and enthusiastic tennis community. This role is ideal for a coach who is passionate about tennis, excels at communication, and thrives in a club environment. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Teach private lessons, clinics, and group sessions for adults and juniors during evening and weekend hours. </li><li>Assist in organizing and running club tournaments, socials, and events. </li><li>Provide feedback and development plans to players of all skill levels. </li><li>Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive environment on and off the court. </li><li>Represent the Weston Field Club in a professional and enthusiastic manner. </li><li>Collaborate with the Director of Racquets and other staff to deliver a seamless tennis experience. </li><li>Support tennis court setup, breakdown, and equipment maintenance as needed. </li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a club or academy setting. </li><li>USPTA or PTR certification (or working toward certification). </li><li>Strong playing background (collegiate or competitive level preferred). </li><li>Must be available to work evenings and weekends only. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with players of all ages and levels. </li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor. </li><li>CPR/AED certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). </li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States. </li></ul>Compensation: This is a commission-based position. Compensation is based on the number of lessons taught and participation in club events. The more you engage with the program and members, the more you can earn. Hourly rates for lessons are competitive and commensurate with experience and certification level.
