The General Cleaner will clean all areas of the facility (Per industry standards, approximately 4,500 - 5,000 sq ft will need to be cleaned within 1 hour - this will vary by location) by performing the following duties: <br/><br/></div><div><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong> </div><ul><li>Performs all assigned tasks in a professional manner in order to reflect the highest integrity of the Company.</li><li>Performs routine cleaning of administrative offices, lobbies, breakrooms, lounges, corridors, bathrooms, elevators and stairways in a clean, neat and sanitary manner.</li><li>Cleans toilets and sanitizes restrooms including sweeping, mopping, and dusting of all surfaces and stocks restroom with supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.</li><li>Cleans and dusts furniture, exhibit cases, fixtures, windows, doors, trim, and related furnishings; moves furniture, supplies and miscellaneous only when directed by a supervisor. Uses safety poles for high dusting.</li><li>Collects both recyclable and non-recyclable waste and replaces trash cans liners where applicable.</li><li>Cleans telephones periodically using germicidal and cleaner disinfectants if applicable.</li><li>Vacuums fully in traffic areas and cleans any visible debris on carpets.</li><li>Cleans light switches, doors and walls, and tops of modular furniture and blinds.</li><li>Cleans and/or polishes tables, benches and chairs, stainless steel elevators, escalators, water fountains, and sinks and removes cobwebs.</li><li>Safely empties trash into the proper dumping area and breaks down heavy trash into more manageable weights before lifting and dumping.</li><li>Secures job area with safety signs when mopping or performing other duties that may be hazardous to the public.</li><li>Locks and unlocks doors and windows to offices and other rooms as necessary. Turns off light when rooms are unoccupied.</li><li>Reports to work on time and dressed in company uniform to also include employee badge and black slip resistant safety shoes.</li><li>Identifies and reports safety hazards to supervisor and/or Manager.</li><li>Follows Safety Procedures which include the correct use of PPE and other Safety requirements (i.e., Bloodborne pathogens) based on the job. Responsible for cleaning all bio-waste using these procedures.</li><li>Follows all infection control practices including hand washing techniques.</li><li>Works a flexible work schedule which includes nights, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Ensures that cleaning carts are not be left unattended and that they are properly and safely replenished after each shift.</li><li>Ensures that custodial closets remain locked at all times and keys are properly signed in and out and are always left at the job site.</li><li>Keeps hallways and pathways clear of carts, cleaning equipment, tools, and any other hazardous items that could result in trips and falls.</li><li>Leaves equipment and cleaning materials clean at the end of each shift and ready to use.</li><li>Completes additional duties as assigned.</li></ul><div><br/>Owens Realty Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We're committed to providing dependable coverage, great value, and end-to-end satisfaction for all customers.</p><p> </p><p>The Business Development Manager (BDM), Host Agencies will be front and center with the fastest growing segment of the travel industry to help them understand Travel Insured International products and to show them how we’re creating the most comprehensive travel protection in the marketplace.  The BDM will develop & maintain relationships and create business plans with agency management while working with independent contractors to grow their individual sales. </p><p>The Business Development Manager (BDM), Host Agencies maintains and expands relationships with Host Agency Management Teams and Independent Contractors. The BDM will take a consultative selling approach and is responsible for achieving a sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. The BDM will manage day-to-day activities of Host Agencies that typically produce annually more than 20M in leisure sales and have more than 100 independent contractors.</p><p> </p><p>This role will require the ability to communicate across a wide range of audiences, a deep understanding of our product portfolio, and the travel industry ecosystem.  Additionally, this role will collaborate with Sales and Account Management Leadership on new Host Agency business.</p><p>This is a 100% remote role.</p>

Job Description:
<p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead annual contract negotiations, in partnership with executive management, and implement strategic plans for each host agency, with emphasis on defining growth targets, including long-term and tactical initiatives that support corporate objectives.</li><li>Accurately forecast annual organic growth as well as integration of new business signed by the sales team and related projected revenue.</li><li>Assist with assigned prospecting activities for new production sources and underwriting opportunities.</li><li>Attend and participate in Trade Show/Conference Prep & Support. Ensure that marketing collateral is utilized effectively and efficiently; manage inventory and distribution appropriately. Act as liaison with TII Marketing on PowerPoint and collateral needs.</li><li>Develop and execute annual marketing & event plans for all host agencies that will drive all essential activities throughout the calendar year.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and execute penetration strategies that identify and activate new independent contractors within existing host agencies to drive new business from existing partnerships and are aligned to the company’s overall sales strategy.</li><li>Efficiently manage a sales and cooperative marketing budget inside established guidelines while mindful of policies and procedures.</li><li>Leverage technology and social media platforms to provide robust training and elevate engagement with our Brand; seize any virtual training opportunities to reach the largest audience possible.</li><li>Log activity in Salesforce and maintain advisor database to ensure updated and accurate information for marketing initiatives.</li><li>Responsible for the ongoing financial reporting of account targets, and any applicable data analysis that will help drive incremental revenue growth.</li><li>Submit expense reports with all needed backup in a timely fashion and comply with company guidelines regarding expense procedures.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What YOU will bring to C&F:</strong></p><ul><li>Advanced ability to influence the sale: ability to influence and convince current and prospective partners to represent and promote TII’s products.</li><li>Advanced Relationship Management skills: superior interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively and cultivate deep, trusted relationships both internally and externally, with a focus on Host Agency Management Teams and Independent Contractors.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, finance, and technology, to align business development strategies with company objectives.</li><li>Advanced Communication skills: strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with experience analyzing sales performance and optimizing strategies to drive continuous growth.</li><li>Intermediate ability to deliver results: ability to focus on the bottom line and push self and others to meet established goals and KPI’s.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required</li><li>A Minimum of 5 years in travel or hospitality sales is required</li><li>Cruise industry experience is preferred</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Intermediate level skills with Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and One Note. Knowledge of or ability with Salesforce.com, or related CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and e-commerce channels.</li><li>A Personal Lines or Property/Casualty Lines License is preferred. Training is provided internally. </li><li>Travel a minimum of 50% of the time is required by car, plane, and/or train, including evenings and weekends, both domestically and internationally; must have a current passport</li><li>Ability to attend multiple conferences/events per year, which may include international travel</li><li>Must be based within assigned territory (100% remote)</li></ul>
