Short Description: This role will provide administrative, financial, and contract support to Associate Project Managers, Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, outside project management consultants, the Director, and the AVP within the Planning, Design & Construction (PDC) Department for all capital construction projects. Maintain organized filing systems, order and maintain office supplies and inventory, manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier shipments, schedule meetings, and support staff with administrative tasks and project coordination.
