Experience: Preferred: Five (5) years of experience facilities management, engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership positionPreferred: Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements including PSM, RMP, HACCP, and FSMA programsPreferred: Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale facilities and complex engineering systemsPreferred: Bachelors degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field (Masters preferred)Preferred: Strong knowledge of environmental regulations including CAA, CWA, SWPPP, SPCC, RCRA, EPCRAPreferred: Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy management a plusPreferred: Proficiency in English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with associates and leadershipStrong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements including OSHA PSM and EPA RMP programs. Coordinate and manage emergency and restoration operations related to storm events, loss of power, flooding, and/or other events for all company locations to ensure public and employee safety and to minimize the impact on operations.
