Instruction & Practical Field Delivery: Lead, coordinate, and co-instruct classroom, scenario-based, hybrid, and dynamic field training exercises focused on tactical medicine, mass casualty incidents (MCI), active threat medical integration, and emergency first aid. In addition to curriculum development and instructional delivery, the specialist provides direct support to the Operations Support Bureau with incident response operations, safety officer programs, and countywide emergency response planning.
