Track record of involvement in developing and implementing cleaning programs, SOPs, and quality frameworks in regulated environments; Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, ISO, OSHA requirements, and best practices for critical facility cleaning; Proven ability to manage and monitor external vendor relationships, participate in audits, and drive operational quality; Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese language skills are a plus; Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and vendor contract administration; Physical capability to perform inspections and respond on-site (ability to lift up to 40 lbs, extended standing/walking); Flexibility for holidays, weekends, overtime, on-call duties, and multi-site travel.
