Inspect and perform preventative maintenance or as-needed repairs on facilities or systems, including: Mechanical and electrical systems HVAC or other environmental management systems Generators or power management systems WFI, cooling towers, chillers, boilers, air compressors, and BMS Perform basic repairs and coordinate the work of specialists when more complex repairs are required.
