This role plans and implements preventative maintenance schedules, initiates facility safety measures, prepares and manages department budgets, and serves as the primary liaison with contractors and regulatory agencies regarding facility operations and safety compliance. The Facilities Director is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, improvement, and installation of properties, facilities, equipment, and vehicles for the Gleason Family YMCA branch.
