MHSADS is seeking a dynamic leader to join our Residential program as an Operations Manager-Group Homes that will help ensure the program continues to provide services that are person-centered, recovery-oriented, and trauma-informed and supports the individuals we serve to reach their highest level of independence and live full lives in their community. Manages work plans and operational duties, develops and implements annual staff development and training programs, and supervises Program Managers, interns, volunteers, and Part-time Intermittent workforce members.
