Support, interact with, and monitor residents while serving as a positive role model • Document resident behaviors and maintain required records and reports • Assist with housekeeping, cleaning, and distribution of clothing, bedding, and supplies • Monitor or administer medications in accordance with program policies • Share client status updates with external partners while maintaining confidentiality • Identify and respond appropriately to emergencies or crisis situations • Support residents in achieving treatment plan goals • Work independently and problem-solve effectively • Attend staff meetings and required training sessions • Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and teaching life skills • Transport residents to appointments, meetings, and activities • Collect urine specimens and administer breathalyzer tests as needed • Lead educational group activities within program guidelines • Provide basic first aid when necessary • Perform other duties as assigned. • Language Skills: Effective verbal and written communication • Technology: Basic computer skills to complete timecards, emails, HRIS, EHR, and online training • Physical Demands: Regular standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, stair use, and walking.
