PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Assisting with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living): Bathing, Dressing, Toileting, Transferring, Feeding. Mobility Assistance including using transfer aids (Hoyer lifts, gait belts, etc.) Transferring & Positioning2) Meal Preparation & Cooking Light Housekeeping & Laundry (to include the duties of washing dishes, cleaning the kitchen after meals, laundering clothes, bed linens, and performing other housekeeping activities normally done daily or weekly).3) Grocery Shopping/Errands/Transportation, Working with Dementia/Alzheimer’s Clients4) Provides companionship for the patient/client while engaging in daily activities with clients5) Pet services (to include assisting clients with grooming, feeding, walking, bathing, etc.)6) Represents the company positively while creating an environment that fosters respect and courtesy for clients and other employees. Works within the company programs to promote safety and the well-being of all clients and employees.7) Provide general assistance and care to patients/clients to provide for a clean, safe, and orderly environment for the patient/client and family.8) Accurately and thoroughly document services provided in accordance with agency policy on day services are rendered, submitted in a timely manner.9) Immediately reports any changes in patient/client’s needs, condition, or incidents to the supervisor in a timely manner.10) Listens and responds to patient/client’s needs in a sensitive and timely manner either through own initiative as appropriate, or by referral to the supervisor. Artisan Direct is seeking an independent contractor to place an pick up temporary weekend signs in the Longs, SC area. The contractor will be responsible for installing signs between Friday at 5:00 PM and Saturday at 10:00 AM. The same signs must be picked up between Sunday at 6:00 PM and Monday at 8:00 AM. The work may be performed at any time within those windows, as long as all signs are placed by Saturday at 10:00 AM and removed by Monday at 8:00 AM. The signs are lightweight corrugated plastic, and are installed on wooden stakes. Artisan Direct provides the signs and stakes and provides replacement inventory as needed.  Job Duties:<ul><li>Use Artisan Direct's mobile application to report installation and pickup of signs at specific locations</li><li>Install signs every weekend between Friday 5 PM and Saturday 10 AM</li><li>Pickup the same signs between Sunday 6 PM and Monday 8 AM</li><li>Store signs and extra stakes safely during the week</li><li>Submit a weekly invoice and order replacement inventory after completing pick up- using our website</li></ul>Pay Information:<ul><li>Starting compensation is $135.00 per weekend</li><li>Pay is issued via direct deposit every two weeks</li><li>$20.00 Signing bonus</li><li>$100.00 bonus after 4 weeks of completed work</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance</li><li>18+ years old</li><li>Reliable vehicle with enough space to transport 30+ signs</li><li>A smartphone (Android or iPhone), roughly four years old or newer, capable of running our mobile app</li><li>Ability to lift and place signs and work outdoors</li><li>Ability to hammer stakes 6–8 inches into the ground during the first weekend only</li><li>Dependable and able to complete routes within the required time windows each weekend</li></ul>Independent Contractor Notice This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
