Must meet state-specific regulatory requirements.</li><li>Previous nursing experience in hospice, home health, general medical-surgical, or population-specific care (e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics) is required, along with willingness to serve on-call.</li><li>Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and the minimum required liability auto insurance.</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems. Must be able to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.</li><li>Physically able to lift patients over 200 pounds (with assistance), stand, walk, sit, stoop, and perform other physical movements frequently. Benhaven Respite Center is seeking a Part-Time Direct Support Professional. The Direct Support Professional will provide care and support to youth ages 8-21 with disabilities in a home-like setting. What You'll Do:
<ul><li>Achieve KPIs and strive to consistently meet sales goals and program objectives</li><li>Convert product benefits to sales - fully understand the features and benefits of Snapdragon products, including hardware and accessories.</li><li>Increase consumer sales through proactive engagement and demonstrations</li><li>Build long-lasting partnerships and relationships with store personnel </li><li>Engage, educate retail sales associates, and create excitement to increase the rate of recommendation</li><li>Perform day-to-day operations, including but not limited to merchandising, maintaining our interactive displays, and verifying in-store promotional and marketing material </li><li>Gather, summarize, and report via our reporting tool daily on field and channel feedback and activities, as well as inform the team of competitive insights </li><li>Periodically coordinate and execute special awareness and sales events</li><li>Display a professional demeanor while representing Snapdragon and Channel Partners</li><li>Complete and maintain mandatory certification for our partners' Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure authorized transaction capabilities</li><li>Utilize our partners' Point of Sale system to independently process and finalize consumer transactions and service activations</li><li>Manage and achieve specific revenue targets and sales KPIs through diligent use of the assigned POS platform</li></ul>
