In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Direct, train, and maintain, the repair of furnaces, ladles, and pouring spouts, using refractory, ensuring that these components operate efficiently and safely, helping to prevent heat loss, corrosion, and damage. Responsible for managing a team of skilled technicians, you will be tasked with coordinating the installation, and maintenance of high-performance refractory materials used in a variety of Melt Shop applications, using union employees as well as outside contractors.
