The Manufacturing Technician I is an entry-level developmental production role responsible for safely performing assigned tasks across Shred-Sort, Furnace support, Slag room, Casting preparation, material handling, housekeeping, inspections, and equipment readiness. Manufacturing Technician I employees are expected to learn plant safety requirements, production flow, assigned equipment, material movement, and basic process-support responsibilities with the goal of progressing to Manufacturing Technician II and ultimately Manufacturing Operator I.
