Must be available every other weekend.What You'll Do<ul><li>Lead, coach, and mentor production associates to meet operational and customer goals</li><li>Oversee daily production and packaging operations, ensuring first-run quality standards</li><li>Drive shift performance to support cost efficiency and productivity targets</li><li>Manage staffing levels, schedules, attendance, and time-off administration</li><li>Monitor shift handoff notes and proactively resolve recurring issues</li><li>Ensure compliance with GMP, FSSC22000, and all safety and quality standards</li><li>Enforce company policies through leadership, accountability, and coaching</li><li>Support a culture of continuous improvement and team-based problem solving</li><li>Jump in on the floor to assist operators and troubleshoot equipment or process issues as needed</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or 5+ years of progressive leadership experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)</li><li>Familiarity with food safety systems such as HACCP (preferred)</li><li>Understanding of ISO standards (ISO22000, ISO9001 is a plus)</li><li>Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive leadership style</li><li>Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with production equipment</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office</li></ul>Education: Associate degree in Management or related field preferredWhat to ExpectThis is a highly interactive role where you'll spend:<ul><li>85% of your time on the production floor leading your team</li><li>10% collaborating across departments and in meetings</li><li>5% in an office setting</li></ul>Why This Role Stands OutYou'll be part of a team that values quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
