Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for preventive, routine, and reactive maintenance of all chilled water, steam, and domestic water production equipment, such as chillers, boilers, pumps, air compressors, VFDs, filters, and cooling towers. Work takes place in state-of-the-art steam, chilled water, and water treatment plants with exposure to industrial machinery, rotating equipment, high voltage electrical service, hot steam, chemicals, and noise.
