<ul><li>Monday - Friday</li><li>30-40 hrs/week</li><li>Above Market Pay</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></div><div>Three to four days a week, you'll drive our 26' box truck from our warehouse in Highland, NY into Manhattan, then work alongside our design team to transform high-end properties into magazine worthy spaces. The other days you'll be back at the warehouse prepping and organizing for the next install.<br/><br/></div><div>This is skilled, creative work. You'll assemble and place furniture, hang artwork and mirrors, handle light carpentry and touch-ups, and represent our company at some of the most beautiful listings in the city. No two days are the same.<br/><br/></div><div><strong>Why this job is different:</strong></div><div>This is not a moving company gig. You're a specialist on a small, tight-knit team, for an award-winning Home Staging company.</div><ul><li>Weekends always off (Monday-Friday only)</li><li>Consistent 30-40 hours per week.</li><li>Above-market pay for skilled work.</li><li>Small team. No revolving door, no chaos.</li><li>Nationally recognized design firm.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><strong>You'll be a great fit if you have:</strong></div><ul><li>Experience driving a 26' box truck in Manhattan (required).</li><li>A valid DOT medical card and clean driver's license (required).</li><li>Solid furniture assembly and handling skills.</li><li>A home base within 30–45 minutes of New Paltz, NY.</li><li>The physical ability to lift and move furniture safely.</li></ul><div><br/><strong>Bonus points for: </strong>carpentry, furniture repair, white-glove delivery, cabinetry, or art handling experience.<br/><br/></div><div><strong>How to Apply</strong></div><div>Send a cover letter and resume. Position Overview: As a Property Data Collector, you will employ Asteroom's cutting-edge equipment and user-friendly mobile apps to capture critical property data and create immersive 360° property tours.

<p>Asteroom is seeking licensed Home Inspectors to join our growing team. If you're a seasoned professional with experience inspecting residential properties, we want to hear from you. As we continue our rapid expansion in 3D virtual tours and property data collection, your expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering outstanding service will be essential in helping us provide top-quality results to our clients.</p><p>Position Overview:</p><p>As a Property Data Collector, you will employ Asteroom's cutting-edge equipment and user-friendly mobile apps to capture critical property data and create immersive 360° property tours. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your home inspection skills while being part of an exciting technological shift in the real estate sector.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>	•	6+ months of related experience in real estate, data collection, or photography – OR – 12+ months of demonstrated exceptional customer service</p><p>	•	Licensed Home Inspectors strongly preferred</p><p>	•	Willingness to perform work as an Independent Contractor</p><p>	•	Ability to travel and work in client homes (with compensation)</p><p>	•	Passion for delivering excellent customer service and results</p><p>	•	Ability and willingness to pass an independently paid background check</p><p>	•	Mobile device capable of running our applications</p><p>	•	Solid understanding of property data collection, virtual tours, and relevant industry knowledge</p><p>	•	Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills</p><p>	•	Professional appearance and adherence to dress codes while on site</p><p>	•	Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p><p>	•	Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously</p><p>Benefits:</p><p>	•	Comprehensive virtual preparation resources, delivered in modules, with live trainer review</p><p>	•	Ongoing education and feedback to help you improve and secure more assignments</p><p>	•	Independent contractor (1099) status</p><p>	•	Compensation of $75 per assignment, plus additional pay for mileage and property complexities</p><p>	•	Opportunities for more work and inclusion on Asteroom's panels</p><p>	•	Flexible work environment: both on the road and in homeowners' homes</p><p>	•	Must have or be willing to obtain an EIN (Employer Identification Number) or operate under an LLC or registered business name.</p><p>Job Types: Part-time, Contract</p><p>Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour</p><p>Expected Hours: 1 – 10 per week</p><p>Schedule:</p><p>	•	Choose your own hours</p><p>	•	Day shift</p><p>	•	Monday to Friday</p><p>	•	Weekends as needed</p><p>License/Certification:</p><p>	•	Driver's License (Required)</p>
