The Yale SOM Career Development Office (CDO) supports the career management needs of more than 1000 students across seven degree programs including full-time MBA, Executive MBA, Master of Advanced Management, Master's in Global Business & Society, Master's in Asset Management, Master's in Public Education Management Students, and Master's in Technology Management, plus 13,000+ alumni. Responsibilities include defining employer partnership strategy for assigned industries/regions, managing existing and fostering new SOM partnerships with employers, coordinating student engagements including but not limited to on campus recruiting and job postings, partnering with relevant clubs, and facilitating deeper connections between them and employers.
