Responsibilities* Sell JRTC merchandise at JRTC tournaments, Spring Training games, MLB events, third-party tournaments and events, and additional special events as needed* Set up merchandise table, point of sale equipment, display items, and bins of inventory when scheduled* Meticulously record sales during shifts to keep track of inventory sold* Take inventory of items at the beginning and end of each shift* Balance daily financial transactions upon completion of shift* Welcome guests and ensure customer satisfaction through superior customer service* Answer questions about facility amenities, services, points of interest, and current/upcoming JRTC events* Handle and resolve any potential issues with merchandise* Report any accidents or injuries to management staff immediately* Other duties as assigned by Marketing CoordinatorQualifications & Skills* Excellent verbal communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills* Previous cash handling experience* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision* High level of attention to detail* Self-motivated and highly organized* Ability to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers and managers* Physical stamina and mobility including ability to lift, reach, kneel and bend* Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 lbs.
