Safety and Environmental - Maintain a safe and environmentally correct workplace by enforcing the company and plant safety and environmental rules and policies, ensuring that associates are wearing the required personal protective equipment at all times, providing prompt and clear communications, providing training as needed and required, performing regular workplace audits and involving all employees. This position is responsible for the direct supervision, including the scheduling, planning, coordinating, executing, directing, training, disciplining, and improving of all the departments that comprise Shop Services, including Equipment Rebuild, Weld Shop, Utility Crew, Machine Shop, Die Shop, and Carpenter Shop.
