The physical requirements to safely perform the duties of this position include: Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, reaching, crouching, good hand/eye coordination for material handling, gripping various hand tools, climbing up/down ladders, verbal communication, and listening to directions. Interpretation of mechanical assembly and engineering drawings and reading work orders is required to plan the layout, alignment and assembly of components using hands, hand tools, bridge cranes or small machines to complete the manufacturing process.
