The coach will provide leadership, instruction, supervision, and guidance to student-athletes while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, academic responsibility, character development, and student safety. The coach is responsible for conducting practices and contests, supervising student-athletes, maintaining appropriate communication with the Athletic Department and families, and ensuring compliance with district, NJSIAA, league, and school policies and regulations.
