Support both new product development and sustaining engineering initiatives for hydraulic and fluid control products, including pumps, valves, seals, rotating equipment, pressure-containing assemblies, shafts, bearings, gears, splines, and related mechanical systems. Responsibilities include developing validation plans, coordinating test activities, analyzing engineering data, supporting risk assessments through FMEA activities, and driving corrective actions that improve product performance, manufacturing capability, and operational efficiency.
