Full Responsibilities · Apply computer-cut vinyl and full-color graphics per work orders and layouts · Prepare substrates through cutting, painting, laminating, and cleaning · Weed vinyl images of varying complexity · Perform finishing operations: laminating, encapsulating, mounting · Proof work orders; conduct pre- and post-production quality checks · Perform routine machine maintenance and light repairs · Complete installations at customer and job sites using appropriate tools · Operate aerial lifts and work at heights as required (training provided) · Interact with customers professionally during on-site work · Maintain a clean, organized production area · Assist at the front counter or with phones as needed Physical Requirements Sustained standing, regular lifting of 50+ lbs, repetitive motion at a work table, outdoor work in variable weather, and comfort working at heights from lifts and ladders.
