To be familiar with the buildings in BoH and in public areas, all pieces of equipment, and installation (technical rooms, pipes and ducts routing, heating and cooling, ventilation, water supply and sewage, grease separators, pool technique, BMS, kitchen equipment, SPA and Gym equipment, elevators, sprinkler, utility meters, and other devices\u2026). Daily on-site inspecting of mechanical systems (HVAC, DHW, Pools & Fountains, Sprinkler, LPG, kitchen equipment\u2026), filling of checklists, and acting per the instructions of direct superiors.
