The incumbent assists in monitoring and reporting on federal policy developments and organizes and presents UC's federal priorities through assisting with the development of written materials, including reports, summaries, talking points, factsheets, social media, and other advocacy-related resources. Working under the direction of FGR staff, the incumbent identifies, develops, and executes opportunities to advocate for UC's systemwide federal policy priorities with the federal government, including with the U.S. Congress, White House, and federal agencies and departments.
