Performance & Load Testing Execution Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using NeoLoad across UBOS components, including: SAP BRIM (Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA, Subscription Billing) SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) for high-volume tolling and event mediation processing SAP S/4HANA and supporting SAP modules SAP Datasphere for analytics, reporting, and data integration performance validation CRM applications (Dynamics CE customer service and case management workflows) Middleware and integration layers (APIs, batch interfaces, event-driven integrations) Customer-facing channels (web portals, mobile applications, IVR, chatbot) Simulate real-world enterprise workloads including tolling transactions, mediation events, billing cycles, payment processing, CRM interactions, analytics queries, batch jobs, and peak-volume scenarios. Strong understanding of: Load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing API and middleware performance testing Batch, mediation, analytics, and asynchronous processing validation Certifications / Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
