Oversee nursing care related to well-child visits, growth and developmental assessments, vision and hearing screenings, childhood immunizations and NCIR documentation, developmental, behavioral, and autism screenings, limited acute visits, care coordination, case management, and family education. The Nurse Supervisor oversees clinic operations, nursing practice, quality improvement, staff development, regulatory compliance, workforce planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration while promoting exceptional patient care, health equity, and positive population health outcomes.
