Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, safety, reliability, customer satisfaction, cost-effective resource allocation, staff selection and development, process improvement and oversight, major project management, field operations activities, and effective management of operational costs. Actively participates, takes ownership, and signs-off in all rate case proposals related to operations, planning, and project construction at RG&E, including implementation of objectives related to New York’s Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act (CLCPA).
