This role serves as the senior practitioner responsible for drafting and designing processes, facilitating business owner engagement, mentoring other analysts, and identifying AI and automation opportunities, bots, and that reduce manual effort, strengthen controls, and improve measurable business outcomes. Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business owners, process owners, front-line staff, and senior leaders to document pain points, define improvement opportunities, validate requirements, and align on future-state design.
