Under direction, assists the Deputy Director of Community Services- City Librarian in administering, coordinating, and supervising the Library System; plans, organizes, supervises, coordinates, reviews, and evaluates the activities of multiple library branches, programs, and services; coordinates and manages all operations of Collection and Technical Services; performs related work as assigned.
