Key Responsibilities:Develop and coordinate individualized treatment plans using a variety of community-based resourcesProvide ongoing support to youth and their families, helping them meet court-ordered conditionsAssist with re-enrollment in school, job readiness and placement, and accessing recovery services when applicableCommunicate and collaborate regularly with Juvenile Probation Officers, Children & Youth Services, schools, and other stakeholdersMaintain accurate case documentation and prepare reports as neededAttend court hearings and testify when requiredTravel throughout the assigned county to meet with youth, families, and partnersQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Social Work, Human Services, or a related fieldExperience working with at-risk youth or juvenile justice systems preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsMust have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportationWhy Should You Consider Abraxas?
