Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the Youth Program Manager is responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks when it pertains to the servicing of counseling and case management patient needs, services and referring authority. Identify, recruit, hire, train, monitor and supervise all direct service professional and administrative staff in the local program, following the Vital Health personnel policies and procedures, including the policy for recruiting direct service staff.
