ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Natalie Reid - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You will grow our agency by building meaningful client relationships and serving as a key liaison between customer needs and our agency departments. By proactively promoting relevant products and services, you will enhance the lives of our customers and contribute to their success.


Please note, this is an in-office position requiring daily attendance at our location.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships by providing consistent support and clear communication.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals to drive agency growth and individual success.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is preferred.
  • Experience managing client relationships is preferred.
  • Strong interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening.
  • Ability to anticipate and understand customer needs.
  • Ability to build rapport and effectively relate to customers.
  • Must hold a valid Property & Casualty insurance license as well as a Life & Health insurance license.
