Accountant at DataHouse will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations. This position involves maintaining and analyzing the general ledger, managing complex accounting activities, and ensuring accuracy in financial documents.Primary Responsibilities and DutiesPrepare and maintain general ledger entriesPerform monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processesPrepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAPManage and reconcile general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank accountsEnsure compliance with federal and Hawaii tax regulationsLead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditorsAnalyze financial performance and provide variance analysis and recommendationsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planningImprove and maintain internal controls and accounting proceduresQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a solid background in financial analysis and reporting.Strong understanding of GAAP and other accounting principles.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.Strong leadership capabilities and communication skills.Level & CompensationYears of Experience (Guideline): 5+ yearsSalary Range: $85,000 - $100,000This role primarily involves working in a professional office environment and may require extended periods of sitting, computer use, and participation in virtual or in‑person meetings.
